Upstander training

Worklogic’s Upstander training can help your organisation support staff to intervene if they witness inappropriate conduct and stand up for safety and respect.

The training works by creating awareness of the “bystander effect” and how it can negatively impact teams.

Providing a legal and behavioural toolkit, it empowers all staff to become upstanders and ensures your workplace is psychologically and physically safe.

“Grevis’ presentation at the ACC Australia National Conference was phenomenal. Grevis spoke about a really important topic – toxic work environments and how to proactively deal with the dysfunctions that cause the toxicity to arise. Grevis has a fun and entertaining presentation style which was really great paired with the serious and important content he presented.”
