Upstander training
Worklogic’s Upstander training can help your organisation support staff to intervene if they witness inappropriate conduct and stand up for safety and respect.
The training works by creating awareness of the “bystander effect” and how it can negatively impact teams.
Providing a legal and behavioural toolkit, it empowers all staff to become upstanders and ensures your workplace is psychologically and physically safe.
Our standard half day in-house training rate applies to run this course at your premises for up to 20 people. Please note, depending on your requirements and location, additional charges may also apply.
