Jennifer is Human Resources practitioner and Employment Lawyer who works with her clients to improve workplace culture and develop leadership capability. She takes a practical approach to designing innovative people solutions, leveraging her expertise in Human Resources, Employment Law and Operations.
Jennifer worked in private practice and inhouse legal roles taking those skills and experience to her career in Human Resources. Jennifer enjoys partnering with clients to diagnose and develop strategies to resolve complex people issues. She also enjoys the hands-on task of implementing people plans.

Jennifer is an experienced workplace investigator, trainer, coach and HR practitioner. She is a qualified mediator and enjoys working with clients to resolve workplace conflicts.
Jennifer is experienced in operating commercially, establishing a keen understanding and adapting to ensure that people solutions are practical. She thinks strategically, ensuring potential issues, risks and impacts are factored into people solutions.
- Jennifer worked in top tier law firms in Melbourne and London. She spent 13 years at Australia Post in a variety of roles including inhouse legal, Operations and Human Resources. She has also worked in the Mining and Resources sector before joining Worklogic in 2022.
