“Thrilled to be teaching the Master’s Law Subject, Conducting Workplace Investigations for the Melbourne Law School on campus this year at University of Melbourne with my colleague Jodie Fox. Good luck to this year’s students; we look forward to meeting you soon!” Jason Clark, Worklogic Director.

Taught to predominantly to students at a post-graduate level, the course requires a common background of law but can be taken by anyone with a interest in finding out more about the process of Workplace Investigations.

Through case studies and role-playing interviews, the students are challenged on a practical level, to get a taste of what it’s like to be a workplace investigator. Triaging complaints, gathering evidence and interview technique are all covered in this course and students walk away with an advanced understanding of the legal principles applied to workplace investigations in Australia.

“I’m hanging up my Law School hoodie for another year, but still buzzing from the fun of teaching the Conducting Workplace Investigations intensive for the University of Melbourne Law School Masters Program. Such a great group of students, such interesting questions and discussions. Our fledgling area of practice is in good hands!”Jodie Fox, Worklogic Director.

The Worklogic team look forward returning to the University of Melbourne. We are always welcomed warmly and we are continually impressed by the students, who will hopefully be working to make workplaces better in the future.
