Gina is an experienced workplace investigator, committed to fair, independent and rigorous processes and is has worked with a wide variety of stakeholders in challenging environments in sectors including law, health, medicine, education, unions, the public sector and government, with listed companies and small not-for-profits.
Gina was previously an award-winning senior journalist and editor. This work gave her significant experience in dealing impartially with conflicting claims in emotional and volatile situation. In 2017, she won the 2017 Gold Our Watch Walkley Award for a series on sexual harassment.
