When facilitating the resolution of conflict and enquiring into perceptions of culture, her priority is to ensure all parties have the opportunity to participate fully and feel heard in order to achieve the best outcomes.

Working previously as an HR Generalist, Storm has held various roles with state and
commonwealth government entities, as well as private enterprises across emergency services, aviation, and ICT.
As a Consultant, she has successfully managed engagements with government entities, not-for-profit and private businesses, industry regulators, and law firms.
Storm’s work experience and skills enable her to bring a high level of competence, efficiency, and professionalism to any workplace process she engages in.
