Jill has conducted a wide range of investigations, workplace reviews and mediations in a range of different organisations including state government agencies, local government, small businesses and community organisations.
Jill Murphy has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, mediations, restorative group meetings and workplace culture reviews.
As a Nationally Accredited Mediator – Advanced – she brings considerable experience and a deep understanding of how to help parties find peace and resolution when in conflict, having conducted hundreds of mediations over the past several years. She has also holds accreditation in elder and family mediation, restorative justice, conflict coaching, emotion coaching for managers and mental health first aid.
Jill worked as a Family Mediator in previous roles as well as a senior policy advisor in government, across immigration, industrial relations, employment, industry development and justice departments. She has an enduring commitment to community support roles, working with marginalised and vulnerable people, and volunteering with Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia.
Jill Murphy works with organisations to help them manage conflict and complaints effectively. She brings warmth, maturity and an exceptional depth of experience to her practice.
As an Accredited Advanced Mediator, Jill has conducted complex mediations for staff and managers in government, community and small busineses.
