Season’s Greetings from Worklogic

Jean Lizza

2025 has been an interesting year for those of us invested in how to make workplaces better.

The legislative changes made by federal and state governments, changes in our expectations about the way we work, and the growing range of AI-related opportunities and risks are shaping workplaces with intended and unintended effects. Maintaining a healthy workplace culture, so that our workers are resilient enough to deal with the pace of changes coming in 2026 and beyond, is vital.

Workplaces are only going to become more complex, and we need to make sure that we build workplaces that enhance and harness the humanity of our workforce, while enabling AI to help us work more efficiently.

Beyond the headlines, the fundamentals of a healthy workplace stay the same. Managers and HR professionals work hard to ensure that their teams are listened to, given the clarity, opportunities and skills to do their jobs well and that conflict is dealt with quickly and effectively.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with all of our clients on these important tasks.

I wish all our clients and the Worklogic community a peaceful and wonderful Christmas, a healthy and prosperous New Year and I hope that everyone gets a good break over the holidays.  I really look forward to seeing you all in 2026!

Jodie Fox, Worklogic Director

As 2025 comes to a close, on behalf of Worklogic, I’d like to sincerely thank you all for the trust you have placed in us throughout the year. It has been a privilege to support you through complex and often challenging workplace matters, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you.

Looking towards 2026 we expect another busy year with more focus on psychosocial risks, the management of sexual harassment complaints and a strong emphasis on ensuring that workplace investigations are trauma-informed and complaint management systems are about making employees feel heard and safe in their workplace.

But for now, we hope the holiday period provides a chance to rest, reflect, and spend time safely with those who matter most. Wishing you and your teams a safe, peaceful Christmas and a refreshed start to 2026!
