New training! National Higher Education Code to Prevent Gender-based Violence

Jean Lizza

Worklogic introduces new training to support Education institutions to prepare for the requirements of the code.

The Australian government has introduced a mandatory National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence. This new regulation means higher education providers now have a legal responsibility to manage risks related to gender-based violence and to handle complaints appropriately.

Worklogic’s flagship training course, Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations directly supports institutions to meet these Code requirements.

The new training is called Conducting Investigations : National Higher Education Code to Prevent Gender-based Violence and it will outline what providers need to know—and how HR teams and investigators can prepare for the requirements of the code.

Worklogic facilitators come from a variety of backgrounds such as law, policing and military with considerable specific experience investigating serious sexual misconduct (including sexual assaults) in the education sector.

The training can be presented in-house to your organisation and is also available via our public training program for individuals from the Education sector wishing to learn more about the code.
