Emine is committed to ensuring procedurally fair outcomes and is passionate about workplace investigations and dispute resolution in the workplace.
In her current capacity as a consultant, Emine works in the investigations space as well as supporting the team in conducting workplace Reviews and reportable conduct matters.
Emine is a calm and compassionate and cares about the welfare of people in workplaces and is driven to help promote good workplace culture.
Prior to her joining Worklogic, Emine has had experience working in the family law sector as a Paralegal where she has gained experience in family dispute resolution and the sensitivity around working with children and young people. She has also undertaken work as a research officer at RMIT. Her research consisted of looking into the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation.
In joining Worklogic in 2019, Emine assisted Worklogic consultants with an array of task and provide valuable assistance in workplace investigations.
Her background as a Mediation offers a valuable tool when managing the Integrity Line, Worklogic’s independent whistle-blower report line. Emine ensures that individuals who are making a workplace complaint are given a calm and secure reception.
Her training in ‘Effectively Questioning Children and Youth About Their Experiences’, provides a valuable tool when managing complaints from schools and young children.
Emine has experience in:
• Running investigations into employee misconduct;
• Mediation and facilitating discussion around workplace conflict;
• Manages the complaint and whistleblower service
• Research into Policy and case law
• Working on Workplace Culture reviews and reportable conduct matters
